KYLIKeeping Your Life InFocus
You're not broken. You're repeating something you can't see yet.
Not someday. Not when you're ready. Now.
The longer you wait, the deeper the groove gets.
KYLIKeeping Your Life InFocus
Not someday. Not when you're ready. Now.
The longer you wait, the deeper the groove gets.
Thinking differently.
Acting differently.
Telling yourself a new story.
And somehow, you ended up in the same place.
Not because you failed.
Because the first lie you ever told yourself is still running the show.
You decided who you were before you had the language to question it. Everything since then has been built on that decision. Every relationship. Every reaction. Every time you said "I don't know why I keep doing this."
You're not broken. You're untrained.
You already know what you should be doing.
That was never the problem.
The problem is repetition.
The same reactions.
The same outcomes.
The same situations wearing different faces.
There's a space between what you feel and what you do about it. You've been skipping it your entire life.
That space is called Capacity.
You don't know it's there. You react, and then you wonder why it happened again.
This is where you stop wondering.
The work here is grounded in the book, The First Lie I Ever Told.
These don't go away because you ignore them. They just get louder.
Same situation. Different face. You already know how this ends because it's ended this way before. You just haven't stopped long enough to see it.
You already responded before you knew you had a choice. The anger, the shutdown, the overthinking. It's not a mistake. It's a reflex you built to survive something that's already over.
There's a gap between what you feel and what you do. You've been jumping over it your whole life. That gap is where everything changes.
You made a decision about yourself before you could spell your own name. And you've been proving it right ever since. Every relationship. Every breakdown. Every 'I'm fine.'
About the selves we build to survive, the cost of believing them, and what is left when they finally come apart.
It is not a redemption story. It is a recognition story. The difference matters.
"The first lie I ever told was the one I told myself about who I was. Every lie after that was just maintenance."
Simple pieces you can carry into the day. Tees, hats, and reminders of the work you are doing.
Shop NowYou've known for a while.
Not wondered. Known.
The only question is whether you're going to keep pretending you don't.
This requires one thing. Honesty.
This is not a story about what happened to someone else. It's a mirror for what's been happening to you.
No sign-up. No names. Just space to be honest.
